Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Click&Clean and its customers. Deviating, conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer, even if known, are not part of the contract unless their validity has been expressly agreed in writing.

 

Conclusion of Contract

The Click&Clean offers on the website merely represent a non-binding invitation to the customer to commission Click&Clean. The contract is only concluded when Click&Clean confirms the order.

 

Scope of Services

​

Click&Clean provides the agreed services within the framework of the respective contracts. The exact scope of services results from the agreements between Click&Clean and the customer.

 

Prices and Terms of payment

​

The prices result from the prices indicated on the website. Click&Clean reserves the right to change prices at any time. The customer undertakes to pay the agreed prices. Payment is made by invoice and is due within 14 days of the invoice date.

 

Liability

​

Click&Clean is liable for intent and gross negligence. Click&Clean is only liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations and is limited to the foreseeable damage. Liability for lost profits or indirect damage is excluded.

 

Termination

​

The contract can be properly terminated by either party at any time. The right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected. In the event of termination, services already rendered will be billed.

 

Final Provisions

​

Should a provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
